Joe Gauvin, CFP®

I joined Stonehearth Capital in May of 2022 with 11 years of experience in the industry. I grew up in Marshfield, Massachusetts and when it came to college I opted for a change of scenery and some good southern football, attending the University of Tennessee.

After graduation, I moved home and began working at Bank of New York Mellon, followed by 10 years at D.K. Brede Investment Management where I gained an extensive background in personal wealth management and retirement planning. During the past 10 years, I became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and obtained my MBA from Framingham State University.

I now reside in Dedham, Massachusetts with my wife Julie, daughter, Zuzanna “Zuzu”, and our dog, Smokey. In my spare time, when I am not rooting for my Tennessee Vols and New England Sports teams, you will find me on the local golf courses, playing men’s league hockey or spending quality time outdoors with my family.
